Coral Springs Police Sgt. Bill Capplis is running for Commissioner in the city he has long served. This past Saturday, Bill, his lovely family, and I dodged the rain to capture campaign pics. Both of his daughters – one just graduated from high school, and one a nurse – wore #44 during their years in local soccer leagues.
